As land in urban areas becomes scarce, we find that difficult and
environmentally sensitive sites are the norm. Infill lots in established
neighborhoods or teardowns are common. We are skilled in working
with the challenges these sites present. Our firm is often called
upon to provide feasibility studies to assist the client in understanding
the limits and possibilities of a site they have chosen.
Residential architecture is a dynamic profession. Throughout the
